Gentle Flow

Want a softer touch? Soothe pain and stiffness with GENTLE FLOW, a Hatha Yoga class focusing on yoga's physical aspects of posture and breathing without incorporating any of the "mystical" or metaphysical practices.

In GENTLE FLOW, we practice and refine traditional yoga poses, taking time to focus on each pose, and using props and modifications to fit the poses to each individual.

GENTLE FLOW allows you to take it extra easy, respecting your limitations. As you challenge yourself at an appropriate level, you will build strength, flexibility, and calm.
