BURN Mixed Intervals

"BURN": a mixed intervals cross-training workout experience for those who want to "feel the BURN!"

What does a BURN class look like? It's a full-body mixed performance interval cross training experience with:

  • 10 minutes balance, agility, and coordination work
  • 20 minutes circuit strength training
  • 10 minutes cardio endurance work
  • 5 minutes stretching and mobility work

Change up your routine with the cross-training workout that keeps you moving!

You can sign up for the entire four-week session or just drop-in on per class, but class size is limited to 12 athletes max.
